Pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly and courteous.
It's a nice vet with friendly staff and it's also very clean. I needed to bring in a neighborhood cat asap and my regular vet was closed. These guys had an open appointment so I brought the cat here and they have been excellent with him.
We had an unfortunate sickness come upon our dog rather quickly so i had to find a vet on a Saturday w openings. They were very accommodating. The lobby was clean and had drink refreshments available. The techs could use some better compassion over the phone but in office they are pleasant. Both of the Male vets that helped my family and our sick furr baby were amazing. They explained what could possibly be wrong, the options very clearly and we were able to make the right decision for our girl.
Dr. Berlier and the entire staff are amazing! Our yorkie was pregnant and received the best care here. They offer same day and late evening appointments. The waiting room is clean and they don't overbook which means your pet can sit in the waiting room without added stress. Dr. Berlier was very excited about the puppies that we were going to have. He was very informative and helped put me at ease about the birth process.
If your start a puppy care plan and something like parvo takes your puppies life... These dirtbags will make you continue to pay on your plan.
