The veterinarians are not professional at all. I’ve been taking my puppy and kitten there for their shots and since the beginning they call me every time I have a appointment coming up with either animal to see if I can bring them earlier because the vet wants to leave early, later because the vet my animal had a appointment with had left and the one that’s there has a later availability or reschedule if I can’t do neither. We came here years ago with our other dog, this is the first visit for our new one. They did a great job.
Love this place! Dr. Riffice truly cares, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
My first time at this location. Staff was personable and caring. The manager acknowledged that I had phoned in an emergency visit the day prior. The vet took the time to listen to my concerns and make appropriate recommendations... They followed up the next day to see how my dog was doing. The only downside was, eventhough, the visits are “free” as part of the wellness plan... the cost if the medication always adds up ( but I think this would be true of any vet). Thank-you 🐾❤️
I bring all 4 of my cats there. I love the staff the doctors, vet techs, receptionist and everyone else there. I have never had a problem in all the 8 years that I've been going there.
Everyone is so friendly. I've have not encountered any issues and have nothing but praise. Dr. Riffice is the best and addresses all of my concerns.
