Made an appointment weeks sgo! When I got there at 7:45 am, I was told that the doctor would be in later, had surgery and my dog would be there until 5pm! I was told that I made a drop off appointment UNTRUE! I waited 3 weeks to be seen!!! I was also told that the cost would be at least $80.00! I took my dog home and made an appointment with a reputable vet up the street for tomorrow. BANFIELD IS MAKING MY DOG SUFFER AS SHE IS DYING!!!!!! My dog has had a UTI for months, or, they said she may have a blockage or cancer. Surgery is not an option (not a $thing, long story), and since antibiotics aren’t working (they just kept prescribing the same-didn’t even try a different antibiotic), the only thing we can do is keep her comfortable. She is still jumping and playing so the end is a ways away, yet they won’t give more than a week of pain killers at a time. She was down to peeing 6 times a day with meds. She... read more
They have great Vet that's really concern about your Pet's...
Scheduled my puppy to get neutered and thanks to the expertise team here they recommended he not be operated on do to inflammation in his liver. Thank God they took the precautions to do a thorough checkup instead of just operating and getting paid. I'd highly recommend them!
