They quicked my dog while clipping his nails (no big deal, it happens) but they quicked him pretty bad and then showed no ability or willingness to deal with it professionally. Another example to me of a bunch of kids who don't know how to communicate and have no concept of customer service. The "Dr" and the Tech were the prime culprits, the female booking the dogs in, etc did try to help out - so thanks to her. Dr Preis and her tech were extremely warm and kind and made us feel very comfortable. Especially Roxy :-)
