absolutely recommend NOT taking your dog here if your truly care about them. I was called FROM BANFIELD to schedule an appointment for our dog, and had recently just gotten a new dog who’s breeder stated in the contract to have her seen with in 72 hours, banfield canceled the DAY OFF and could not see the puppy, even though they scheduled the appointment themselves, which then voided the warranty with the breeder. they did not hold themselves accountable for their mistake and told me there was nothing they could do for me an... read more
The office visit went very well my dog don't really like going there he gets anxious before he even gets there he just somehow knows he's going there they administer him Benadryl to calm them down and everything went very smoothly although the Benadryl didn't seem to work he was still kind of active when he got home maybe he's getting used to it but all in all it was a good visit
This place used to be great but have taking on some many new clients without consideration for current clients. For starters it shouldn’t be call the hospital but should be call the clinic because they have nothing hospital like..... Nowadays your lucky if you can get a human on the phone without leaving a message or an appointment weeks in advance unless you want to drop your dog off for the day and leave it in a cage all day long.
