I had the insurance plan and they wouldn’t look at my car unless he was medicated. Once a year they cleaned his teeth and he was knocked out- my question was why didn’t they exam him then? Stopped going there! Wouldn’t recommend -

Don’t use this place!!!! They are ALL ABOUT NONEY!!!! they will do Whatever they can to rip you off!
I'd like to know what the point is in paying for a wellness plan for years if the ONE time my dog needs to be seen for an allergic reaction that there is no availability to be seen???? I might as well pay out of pocket for his wellness exams and take him to the VCA or MSPCA for every thing else.....

RecommendedThe staff at Banfield is wonderful. I have been taking my dogs to Banfield for over 13 yrs.
Banfield clients should not have to see different doctors for their pet(s). The receptionist functions leave much to be desire. When a call comes in the phone rings forever before it's picked up. There are some good vets then there are some not so good (all left up to personal interpretation). If you work with one doctor follow them where he/she goes (Banfield has many locations and doctors and they see clients at other clinics)
