Worst care ive ever seen. A few years ago I took my dog in for skin issues. 3 times for the same issue had to pay exam fee every time. She had an infection they didnt catch. Took her to another vet and it was caught immediately. Took again this month SAME thing they want to charge a re-examination fee of $94 to be seen a week from her last appointment for the same issue.
I have not had a good experience. They charge a lot every month for the wellness plan, but when you actually need their service, there are no appointments available, or they just put you on hold and forget about you! they seem to find any excuse not to help. My pet suffered in pain for more than three days. I called every day, and Alicia kept telling me that the doctor was unavailable and that there were no appointments. They moved quickly to get my pup Pete the care he needed! They explained everything thoroughly, called with updates, and flawlessly executed the surgery he needed! So grateful to them for saving my pup! Dr. Azad did an amazing job! So happy we had him as a surgeon! Thank you!
