Always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly..We always feel good when they come for their regular visits shots , wellness all the time
I want to thank Dr. Azad, Araceli, and Valerie for the incredible care they’ve given my dog, Cooper, over the years. They have always been compassionate, respectful, and quick to return my calls — even for the smallest concerns. Dr. Azad never pushed unnecessary treatments and always kept Cooper’s age and comfort in mind. I truly appreciate the kindness and honesty they showed us through every stage of his life. They are everything you hope for in a veterinary team.
My wife and I had full insurance through Banfield for years, since we first adopted our two dogs. The up side is that the staff was always friendly and there are many California locacions. The bad side: We have always taken our dogs for every check up, shots, training etc. When we moved to Europe in 2021 we had to have our dogs health inspected by the USFDA for a health check up.
