I found Banfield on a whim to help my dog Gino with his seizures. We had the pleasure of being assisted by DR.Beinz and DR. Azad . From day one my Gino gravitated to dr. Beinz and he was so caring and honest in every step , never made me feel as though I was an inconvenience for coming as often to make sure he was okay or to adjust the treatment plan. I’ve had animals my whole life so I have been to endless vets, general care as well as specialty and emergency, private practice as well as corporate. I was so pleasantly surprised and comforted at how thorough, compassionate yet professional, and patient the doctors and staff are here!!! They did not rush me whatsoever even though I took up a lot of their time with endless questions and they explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Worst care ive ever seen. A few years ago I took my dog in for skin issues. 3 times for the same issue had to pay exam fee every time. She had an infection they didnt catch. Took her to another vet and it was caught immediately. Took again this month SAME thing they want to charge a re-examination fee of $94 to be seen a week from her last appointment for the same issue.
