After 13 years I'm done with Bandfield, the vet did not want to see my dog after we were already checked in. So I had to go somewhere else. I do not teco Dr April Perez at Banfield of Escondido. Whoever the rest of the staff is wonderful.
Always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly
We brought our Frenchie, Hilo, here for two surgeries that are pretty common for the breed. Before that, he was really struggling. He had a hard time breathing and would often throw up after just a little bit of play with our other dog. It was honestly heartbreaking to see him like that. I didn't know where to take my people-reactive Xoloitzcuintle for a vet visit that had experience with this breed and behavioral challenges, and then I found Banfield in Escondido! The vet has seen other Xolos, so I happily started bringing my pup here! The staff are very friendly and professional, and I really appreciate that they were willing to work with my dog who doesn't really like people, and she is a bit sensitive to handling/restraint. Thank you to all of the staff who welcome us here!
They are the best Banfield office I have been to and they take such good care of my pup!
