I have the impression that Banfield's advertisements as well as the clients ' messages here in the Review read or sound nice & good but there are times Banfield's staff does not do nor maintain what they advertise and what other clients' messages about Banfield's customer services to both some pets and pets' owners. There is much room for Banfield's improvement for them to continue their business service to their customers/ clients for hopefully a long time. The vet was Great and helped our dog !!!!
After Covid the scheduling was horrible. We stayed for a few more years and it never got better. We used the pre-payment plan, but could never get an appointment
