Would have given you guys no star if it was possible. After being there twice and making the appointment in "person", there is still no records of it. Awful customer service, and very rude front desk lady! A simple apology and acknowledging your error would have gone a long way!! Never coming back.... There is no respect for people's time and appointments at this place!!!!
