Took my dog in for a rash. Doctor gave him the wrong injection. Fortunately it was just a low dose of blood pressure medication, but they had to keep him for monitoring for 2 hours.
By far the worst company and hospital system ever. I don't know about this particular hospital, but DO NOT get involved in the wellness plans for pets or their hospitals, period. They will rip you off and the customer service is deplorable. I will NEVER take another pet to these establishments as long as I live and I will make it known to everyone that they shouldn't either. I was yelled at by two customer service representatives and told a supervisor would "call me back" after I left several voicemails. I have yet to receiv... read more
