the staff is awful, my account was in collection from my son's cat that was on my account. I brought in a new puppy and after sitting there for 30mins I was told my new puppy couldn't be seen cause I was in collection. my appt should not have been made if there was a flag on my account, it was a waist of my time and the staff.

i want everyone to know about little lunas case, Banfield Pet Hospital gave my puppy an exam and she didn't have parvo, she was good standing so i was accepted into the wellness plan, but 3 days later she is sick with a strong case of parvo, little did I know, going to a different banfield in arlington yesterday, since the one on wheatland couldn't see her, found out she had Coccidia the past 3 days, Banfield Pet Hospital didn't call me, text, or even leave me a voice mail to let me know that she needed medications to treat ... read more
We have been taking our dogs here for 4 years and the service was good at first but now it is awful. It takes two weeks to get an appointment and they don't have a emergency hospital that stay open. We have the wellness plan on all of our dogs but we had to pay out of pocket at amother pet hospital because the wellness plan can only be used at Banfield. Banfield only open from 7 to 7. We are looking for other dog insurance because this shit suck.
I have been taking my 2 labs here over a year and love the staff and vet. My dog feels right at home.
Awful staff! I've been 4 years paying insurance for my dog, and I took him for an emergency injury (which is included in the plan I chose) and the personnel told me they were booked and all they can do is make an appointment and to come back tomorrow!! � I asked them for advise and I was told half of the staff was at lunch and the other half could not speak with me! And my poor dog in pain, due to a glass cut on his front leg. NEVER EVER going back to that clinic!
Arrived 4minutes late to my appointment and was told I would have to reschedule! Really 4 minutes messed up the whole schedule? For 2 shots? On a Tuesday morning? Dont have to worry about me coming back!
