I like the hospital since Brownie been going to this hospital I'm very satisfied they take very good care of her and I'll keep bringing her there.
The staff is always helpful and caring. They explain things in a way that's understandable and they discuss all of my treatment options along with prices up front. I'm very happy to have Banfield on my side.
My 20 pound multipoo is a 5 yr wellness plan patient and ate some raisins by accident. I called a Bansfield and they suggested I get Oliver to them to induce vomiting as a precaution....raisins are toxic to dogs....I live 5 mins from your store so went there hoping he could get helped. Your staff turned me away. This will be our last year as a patient at Bansfield. Disgusting service!
