They have taken very good care of my three dogs. They are nice, polite and informative. Thank you Chabre for signing me up for Dog Special Care Plan.
I called right before they closed because my puppy was limping. The receptionist was very kind and told me I could bring her in even thought they were booked. Dr. Fine gave her a very thorough assessment and took time to answer questions. She even listened to my other dog to check for a heart murmur!
I set up my Banfield insurance on January 1 or 2nd. My first vet appointment was on January 8th with Dr. Parker. We spoke about declawing Max and how she will not declaw just to declaw, that I needed to work with my cat by training him not to scratch because “A person can train their cat within a week and a half to two weeks.” Talked about appropriate discipline for a cat, spraying with water, ect. I had to cancel my next two appointments after that due to not being able to...Continue Reading
I wish I could give a zero rating. I took my cat here as an emergency due to a nasty skin issue.(this was a recurring issue and i wasnt able to get in with her regular vet) They scheduled her for a Sunday drop off. I could tell when I brought her home she had been traumatized. She hid, didn't eat, drink or use her litter box for almost a week. She also sneezed quite a bit. She has never acted like this after similar visits with her regular vet. Suffice to say, neither of my cats will be going here.
It's not a dislike for the vet or staff, its a dislike for the lies! We were told our first visit (exams and offices visit) were free....well after paying for the office visit, telling both the front desk AND the vet that Im a student and on a VERY tight budget they wouldn't let us leave without paying WAY more then we budgeted. Had we have known we would be lied to about what we would pay, we would have driven to Bridgeport to see our vet who has payment plans AND samples to help. But i can say the place was clean (alittle ... read more
So I arrive to pick my dog up and the receptionist is on phone. I politely stand there; her conversation is half work half personal. I would think she say " I will be with you in a moment". Nope just kept talking and giggling with her caller. This goes on 5 minutes finally some guy from the back walks out and ask him to bring my dog. Not one time does she care to find out why I am there.
Everyone was great, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Garcia for evaluating my girl so quickly and performing lifesaving surgery.
