RecommendedDr. Heard has been great. We have had a long experience with our labradoodle with her ears being infected. It started in August and there was like 3 different vets at first seeing Bella. Finally she got Dr. Heard. After this appointment with her she specifically told me to schedule with her so she could see Bella’s ears for the check up in 7-10 days which none of the other vets did. VERY disorganized with appointments, constant up-charges that are not communicated well, pet parent shaming into paying for extra services and a general lack of empathy for my puppy’s health needs.
Absolute nightmare. My main issue was with the Vet Tech who was very rude and degraded me over the phone (now that check in is all through phone call and the lobby is closed) then I was directed to call and ask for Stephanie the Manager who wasn’t in and was told I had to leave a message and that I couldn’t be told any other time that Stephanie may be in or the name of the Vet Tech I spoke to. Dr Fine has been Ebonys vet for a long time. And ha atajen care of my baby like if it was her own! Same with Dr Heard and Dr Sloan! Everyone is amazing at Banfield!!!!! I’ve been with y’all for 11 years but we’ve been with Ftw Worth for about 4.

This place is a scam. Everything from charging triple what the quote was, to their bulls*** insurance plan that locks you in for years at a time even if your pet dies. It doesn’t really cover anything anyways. They got me for thousands in total and if I can just save 1 person from losing money to a scam like this it will make my day better.
