Completely incapable staff. No one on the staff reads the pets files or follows any of the owner's instructions. Then the staff gets snotty with me when I arrive to pick up my dog and I am told that she was already picked up. What!?!?! They finally found my 60 pound dog after 20 minutes. Then they told me that when they were performing a procedure that I did not permit, she snapped at one of the techs.
