Dr Cortes is wonderful and the staff are always so nice to both my fur babies. I wouldn't take them anywhere else
I live in Dallas but made the travel to Euless because nobody else would be able to take me on a Saturday until the following week because they were all booked. Dr. Cortez will be the reason I shall continue to make the drive for my puppy's follow ups. She is wonderful!
They treat your fur baby like it was their own! Dr. Branam is great and I highly recommend her!
Dr. Cortes is amazing! She is very kind, informative, and very professional! I had a bad experience at the Hurst location, they made me feel like my dg was obese because of things I was doing. They said things to my dog like "I'm so sorry kiddo, you don't need to eat as much as your eating. It's a shame your so big!" And when I went to euless, dr. Cortes was the opposite! Dr. Branum is the best vet that I have ever met. I have a 14 year old dog in congestive heart failure and she saved her life. She's knowledgeable and she cares about the animals that she sees.
I've used Banfield for my cat for a year now and never had any complaints. I recently added my dog, Bear, to a wellness plan and when I came in for his first visit, I was greeted by the sweetest lady. She was so helpful, kind and cheery. I then met Bear's vet and the vet assistant and they were both great as well. Any questions I had, they answered politely. They broke down all of the prices for me and explained more into detail which is what I needed. I can't wait to bring him back for his next visit. �
We came here to ask a few questions. We wanted to know if they knew about any rescues or places that would help with paraplegic puppies. Also wanted to know their office visit, physical exam, and X-ray prices. We knew that being a hospital, it would be more expensive than the clinics we've been to today. Well, that was the case. BUT! They were so kind, informative and they did something that meant a lot to us. They gave us some puppy food, lids for cans, and they gave us a coupon for a free office visit and physical.
