Banfield Round Rock, TX. Pet Hospital turned my sick pet away. I have been with the Wellness Program for 9 years. When my Yorkie developed Pyrometria, the Dr. refused to operate. I was referred to a Pet Surgery Center that charged 2 times as much as Banfield. They didnt care about the outcome. Do NOT trust the life of your pet to these people. Go with a local pet clinic. I have cancelled the wellness plan.
They always do a great job with my kitty Pabst Blue Ribbon! From basic care to teeth cleanings, they do great. Dr. Cockrum is amazing & very funny.
Amazing. The staff made me feel welcome and talked to me about all my options and budget that fits me. I have a very old dog that needs some extra care. They set me up on a great wellness plan for him. That takes care of vaccinations free office visit different testing and dental health all included in a package. It works on my budget and helps my dog get the care he needs.
I love Banfield I have been a customer for a long time now and all 3 of my dogs are on wellness plans! It can be hard to get an immediate appointment but there are lots of locations we can go to, so if one doesn't have an appointment often another one will! I like the Round Rock location everyone is nice and generally cares about my pets! My dog was fitted in yesterday for an emergency and is doing 100% Better!
This place is a joke ! Do not take your pet there if you care about your animal ! My dog is dead now because of this place !!!!
Vets are ok, but good luck getting in for an emergency if you need to. I was told I could "Drop off" my cat and leave him to eventually be seen when I called for an emergent condition. Funny how they can always fit you in for the expensive stuff or dental cleanings but there's never any open appointments at any of the local hospitals when you really need help. I'm canceling my wellness plan for all 3 of my animals and will look for a private vet who is not always busy.
