Keep scheduled appointments, or at least notify you when they cancel them. More staff. Update the app so it shows when your pets actually visited; as opposed to showing that they both were seen last week (when their appointments were canceled due to shortage of providers). Do NOT take your pets to Banfield Georgetown unless you like waiting an obnoxious amount of time or continually emptying your wallet.
Banfield in Georgetown is Awesome! Wouldn't trust my fur baby with anyone else. Staff is always amazing. So glad a friend referred y'all to me. I will do the same with anyone who will listen. Guinness and I love Banfield.
We had a horrible experience in a time where we needed staff to be empathetic. A pet is like a family member, and all staff members should be trained to be courteous and mindful. It was truly a disheartening experience.
Dr. Vier is an awesome vet. She truly loves animals and relates well with her patient's owners. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my four-legged children!
