I used to swear by them. They used to be a such a great clinic. Over the span of last year they changed. I’m not sure if it’s because of VCA affiliation or what. Their scheduling is terrible and they always want to kennel my dog, even when he needed only a few vaccines. They rescheduled me 5 times on 3 different days. Absolutely horrible and all they want is your money. It is like a sales pitch every time you go in. My poor dog has allergies and needs 3.5 mg of Apoquel daily. They will not refill a prescription for 10 days until I can get her in for her appointment. She will now be scratching herself with a dog sitter while we are out of town next week. Great workers n efficient
Rude front desk, the vets won’t talk to clients, refuses scripts for flee and tick because they need to see the pet because it’s been a year but can’t get an appointment anytime soon… so put my animals at risk for Lyme and heartworm instead- never going back

I wish our reason for writing this was a happier one. As you all know Havoc was the light of our lives. Do not do the optimum wellness plan it is not worth the money. Also if your dog dies while on the plan and did not get all of the services they will consider the vet visits as how much you owe and still have you pay the rest even though they are considered free. They do not even allow you to go back with your dog that has anxiety as well.
