Recommendedi cant say enough good things about this place. every single person that works there makes you feel like you and your pet are their top priority. everyone there goes out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. you know that your pet is going to be in excellent hands. i always leave there with a smile and confident that my dog was given the best service available. thanks a million you guys!
I was charged over $300 for my cat’s blood work and meds. Also tried to tell me that for a future appointment, I needed to come during an express appointment time of 4 to 4:30 in order for my cat to not be stressed. Animals are stressed about going to the vet no matter what. Do not go to this clinic.
Deeply disappointed in Banfield Vet Shea and 32nd st. They care more about animals on their subscription “wellness plan” than others. Totally overbooked, understaffed. Dr Gulbas would be embarrassed. Clinic lost all bonhomie and at least $1000 in fees today.
staff is always friendly and helpful and the veterinarian's are awesome!
Had a appointment for 10:15 am for a comprehensive exams for our two chihuahuas. Check in and they said somebody would be out to get them, half hour later I ask whats up. She states they are short staffed, I said ok your just going to take them in the back why are we waiting. So she takes the dogs back and that was it. It is 6 hours later and still haven't got out dogs. Never again will I go here with any pet. Recommend staying away from here at all cost. Terrible service!!!!
Super friendly, caring, respectful and understanding. I love that they love and care for my fur baby as much as I do and want the best for her. They greet you and your fur baby with a kind friendly hello as soon as you walk in. You know your fur baby is in good hands and safe with them.
BEWARE!!!!! My first visit last Monday with my 5 lb. 5 month old kitten, I told them she hates her carrier and to let her come out on her own on the side door and DO NOT reach in and get her from the top because she will freak out.. they didn’t listen. They called 10 minutes into the appt and said she bit the vet tech then proceeded to tell me the girl did exactly what I told them NOT to do. I’ve always been skeptical of Banfield clinics and today’s experience confirmed everything I thought.I called to schedule an appointment for my dog because of a scab on her neck and to get updated vaccines. I explained 3 times that she gets anxious at the vet and suggested a muzzle before I dropped her off. 4 hours go by and I don’t get a response.
