Serious improvements around emphaty , effective communication and follow up are needed at this location. I understand policies and procedures but I also no that certain situations require a more empathetic and personal review . On two occasions at the Hurst location policies and procedures took priority of good customer service and compassion. I will be canceling my pets wellness plan and discontinuing use of any services provided by Banfield Pet Hospital effective immediately!
I feel like this place doesnt really care about my dog but more about how much money they can get from me
They misdiagnosed my puppy, which resulted in me having to take him to the ER and find out he has severe pneumonia. I dropped over $2000 at the ER and even now, we are unsure if he will make it. I don’t recommend this place. Go to a real veterinarian.
My first trip to Banfield today with my Pearlie. I loved the vet and other staff there. Got a wealth of information about the bacterial infection Pearlie has, plus treatment options. I would definitely recommend this Banfield.
