I got in about 10 minutes after my appointment time, (that's not bad). Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The vet didn't do anything that didn't need to be done (kitty had an itchy ear but she found no redness or swelling so no swabbing was needed). The vet and tech were caring and patient with my cat and very gentle with all procedures. I was very happy and satisfied with the services that were rendered and am going to take my dogs there when their check ups are due!
