I took my puppy her they treated her great. I'm just not a fan of the way a vet tech was talking to me. questioning that my dog couldn't be allergic to something because I didnt have a allergy test done. they also recommended a allergy shot for my puppy and I didn't want to get it because if she was allergic to it I didn't want to take a chance. so the tech recommend the shot I I said no and shes like why not. RecommendedI adore the staff here. Dr. Armstrong was absolutely amazing during a very difficult time with our boy. The compassion and kindness she showed us was beyond reproach. Vet Jamie ball is Awesome!! Very thorough and takes her time with your pet and explains everything so you understand. I highly recommend her. If you want a good vet she is the one.

Our miniature Schnauzer was attacked by three dogs today. He had gaping holes in his right thigh and chest. He was bleeding profusely and becoming lethargic in our arms. We rushed him to bansfield where we have had insurance and the lady at the counter acted disinterested and said her vet was in surgery neutering a cat. She said she can evaluate him but that's it. This location sucks. They need to be shut down. I will be educating everyone at this location pn how to properly care for an animal. I will also be contacting a lawyer and suing them.
