Dr Merkle is wonderful! She connects with my dogs and answers all my questions. All the staff are very caring and helpful. We drive almost 2 hours each way to have our pets cared for. Thanks so much!
Dr Hernandez and dr merkle have seen my Khloe, both very good with answering questions and giving good feed back , my Khloe had surgery yesterday she doing well today they made sure before I left with her to take her home that I was knowledgeable with all the information to take car of her.. the best pet animal hospital ever..
Dr. Merkle was amazing for Bentley my aggressive Jack Russell who bites when you touch his feet. They have a lifetime customer with me! I have to take him on a regular basis somewhere and he was an angel upon picking him up which is not his normal he is usually stressed not sweet like leaving banfield.
Dr Hernandez is soooo sweet and so attentive. My Sookie loves her! The staff is very knowledgeable and on point. I won't go anywhere else.
