Even though I have had good care in the past for my cat here, the reptile vet now refuses to see any new patients. Guess I will be finding a new vet for my cat now.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Merkle at Banfield Lakeland, when I called and advised we had an extreme emergency Saturday at 4:45 PM when John arrived at 4:50 PM they had everything prepped and ready. They rushed him into a room where Ice packs, towels, gauze, clamps and all were waiting for him and Zoey. Dr Merkle was at the door waiting for them and rushed them into the room. They left 3 dead kittens in my momma cat and didnt even do a full exam! She had manatitus and a ruptured gland. Tlc petsnip found them and fixed her up nicely! I will never go to place again!
They are very busy but well worth the waiting. Dr Hernandez is great and really cares for the animals. They don't try to do a bunch of unnecessary over priced procedures. I'm very happy with their services.
