WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I moved down from NYC and this was the closest vet to my house. Initially when I went there the first time it was fine but it all went downhill from there. My cat has epilepsy and needs blood work done. They did it and the doctor told me to do it twice a year as it is expensive. He also said that I can call in to get refills. Once I tried this I found that they never recorded what the prescribed the first time. Also suddenly I was told that I need to bring my cat in every month....which is a rip off... read more

Approximately a week prior to our initial visit on September 16, 2017 my sphynx cat started feeling ill – he lost his appetite, significant amount of weight and was not going to the bathroom with the frequency he would normally do. I always take my Lucifer there every 6 month for his comprehensive exam. I always make an appointment and rarely have to wait too long for him to be seen. The vet and techs are very caring and gentle to him since he doesn't like being poked and probed. We have been going to the Midtown Banfield of almost 2 years now and the 6 years before to the one in Waterford lakes in Orlando. They have all been good to my Lucifer.
