I absolutely love Banfield Pet Hospital. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Today was my newest fur babies first visit and he loved it minus getting his toe nails cut. Thank you Banfield for making every visit so easygoing. 🐾🐾
It was my first time at this location (just moved from San Diego). The nurse and doctor were very kind and caring with my two dogs. I highly recommend this location and the wellness plan for your pets. Bringing my older boy dog back in a couple weeks for a much needed dental cleaning.
Very welcoming, resourceful, and caring staff. The wellness plans are a great affordable monthly payment schedule for annual vet visits (plus discounts off flea and heartworm prevention), especially for a new puppy, which requires frequent vet visits. My yellow Lab, Luna, loved the staff and Doctor's at Banfield Hospital and healed fast without complication from her spay (spay was included in wellness plan) with Dr. Decker. We plan on returning, for many more visits.
Very unhappy. We have had nothing but great experience with Banfield for years, but somehow after years of good care and nail trims, our dog was labeled as needing restraint. Banfield is the ONLY place to have ever cut his nails so I blame them for this label as there was no problem for years. It resulted in a $30.00 charge for a nail trim!!! that I was not informed of prior to services rendered. They take care of my fur baby so nicely and are so welcoming! Dr. Holt is my dogs doctor and she is so sweet- and she cares to explain everything to me and gives me different options as well! I love the wellness plan! I don’t have to pay $300 all the time and only just pay my monthly care for my dog which is less than $50 and it’s so worth it!
