I used to love this location but now I would give 0 stars if possible. I had to take my babygirl rushed because she had scratched her eye so hard she couldn’t open it. As i took her i had told them what i was coming in as a walk in and they first said they couldn’t attend her because they were too booked up. I don’t get it. I’m a care plan member for my 2 dogs and they really can’t squeeze them in? My dog was clearly in pain she couldn’t open her eyes and would making crying noises trying to scratch. I visited Banfield for the first time yesterday. I took my senior dog, Fannie, for an initial consultation. She has a tumor and I wanted to gather information about options and possibilities with their wellness plans. Dr. Martin and Ide examined Fannie thoroughly. They answered all of my questions, were kind, and gave me the time and space to process all of the information.
