They don’t respect appointment times. If you book an appointment, expect to wait at least an extra hour beyond your scheduled time. They offer a drop-off service, but if you choose not to use it and instead book a timed appointment (which they offer), you still end up waiting while they prioritize all the drop-off dogs. Your scheduled time is not honored. In other words, if you don’t want to do drop-off, it’s not worth going. Your appointment doesn’t mean anything, and you’ll end up sitting there waiting as long as they want
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in seeking help for my puppy, who has a slight cough, and instead of receiving any guidance or compassion, the receptionist, Sarah, chose to be judgmental and completely unprofessional. She made inappropriate comments about where I got my puppy and even implied that puppies from pet shops only live for a month. One star. I’ve been coming here for a while and even pay for their pet care plan, but after several bad experiences (with the same vet), I’m done with this location. Both times my dog was licking his paws until they were raw and bleeding, and I was told it was “normal” and not to worry.
