Love this clinic and Dr. Crespi and have never had a problem with them. But I did have a terrible experience with Dr. Vega and how she treated my pet and talked to us. She left us waiting for hours after seeing my pet only to diagnose him with something he already had (could have checked his chart) and sort of drag her feet to look at two growths. I love Banfield hospital. I’ve trusted them through out the years with my pets. They really care and provide excellent service. I always trust that my fur baby is in good hands when I leave him in their care.
This place is beyond disappointing. They clearly do not care about pets. My dog nearly died after visiting them twice at two different locations, and both times they failed to diagnose pneumonia. Banfield performed X-rays and even charged me for an “expert radiologist” to review them, yet I never received the report. Despite calling multiple times, the only response I got was that they’re short-staffed—and there was never a manager available to speak with. The staff at this location is horrible, I took my dog 2 times in a 2 weeks period and did everything I was asked for. I am now at an emergency place because clearly she is not ok. I have been calling for two hours requesting the X-rays and her records and the response is that they are short staffed which is not acceptable!
Worse location in the city. I get a call today (9.5.2025) at 8:30am by a very angry young lady at least I hope it was a young lady couldn't tell by how deep her voice was, telling me that the Vet is having a personal issue Saturday, so I can't be seen even though I made this appointment a weeks in advance. The only options that were given were the options that worked for her, which were Friday (the day she is calling me) or Monday.
