Giving them a 1 star rating is being generous. Because they clearly showed me if you are not physically in front of them - they don’t care about your pet. No one can help you unless It’s the Vet - with anything!! And they overload the Vets schedule so much with visits surgeries etc if you have an issue it can’t be resolved even within the same day. Which is a scary situation when your pet relies on certain daily medications to feel well. Go to the university pkwy location!!
Banfield in Bradenton is always very busy, but will take the time and care for your pet. I walked in to a comprehensive exam with my puppy who had been cut below her ear, and they made time to fix her up that same day. The entire staff is thoughtful and caring and has your pet's best interests at heart. Both of my dogs are on their care plans and we will continue to go here, even living 30 minutes away.

The staff at Banfield are phenomenal!!! We first visited on February 25th, where our Mama Mittens was,having some problems, unfortunately due to no one's fault, she passed away that evening at age 17 1/2. But because of the care and compassion that was given, we now bring our new fur baby to them, he won every one's heart yesterday.
Dr. ROLLEND and her staff are A-1-. They take care of my pups, Hamlet and Nando like they were their own! Love these guys and the payment plans.
I love this place and the staff!! Everyone is super helpfull and they take such a good care of my pup!! Very accomodating and they will make sure you fully understand what's going on with your baby, what are they doing and what you have to do!! Im so glad i found this place!!! Thank you guys!! Mallow and I are grateful!! ��
Loved the staff and especially Dr. Lindsey Rolland. She is awesome and our Poodle Benji, loved her too 😍❤️
