I am not one to do this, but I had the WORST experience at Banfield Pet Hospital today and will NEVER go back to a Banfield Clinic again. Get ready for a long-winded rant. 1. Got misquoted for services on the phone and was quoted $80 and instructed to drop my dog off at 7:15 am. 2. Got there at 7:15. The new quote is $143. The clinic is 5 minutes away from work and 30 minutes from my apartment. Without missing my first class, my only option was to leave my dog there because she cannot come to work with me. 3. RecommendedAfter moving to Florida, I decided tog get my first puppy. Banfield has gone above and beyond to make sure that my dog is updated on her shots, make diet recommendations, and help me with her flea and tick prevention. I honestly had no idea what I needed to do to get my puppy updated with her shots and heartworm preventative, but Will, the practice manager and his team were very helpful and informative. Incredibly kind and caring staff.
They are amazing. For the last two years they have been treating my dog at this location. He has gone through pancreatitis and now diabetes. They have gone over and beyond to help me and my little dog. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.
I love this vets office..
They literally would not do anything for my cat when I brought him in for his checkup! Less than two weeks later, he’s dead. I called them about this emergency and the tech would only schedule a visit 2 days later. DO NOT GO TO BANFIELD!!!
