Trying calling wellness plan for cancelation information ...... 2 hrs on the phone with no answer........what kind of service is that? They are taking monthly payment out of Costumer credit card , and they can't provide a better phone service ??? It make me want to cancel all my plans !!!!
Wellness plan is a scam. The veterinarians do not know what they're doing here. Do NOT take your pet here. They almost killed my pet.
Thanks to all of the staff at Banfield for taking care of Sparky. We have been visiting this location for a few years now and every time the staff has been accommodating. We appreciate you all!
The absolute WORST Banfield I've ever been to in my life. They never answer their phones and when they do they can't help you because they don't care and don't know how. The staff is incredibly rude and uneducated. This specific Banfield is such a disaster I now drive my cats to Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg for their check ups and other needs.
