Just terrible customer service all around. A routine scheduled visit took at least four calls to make because notes are not taken and communicated, staff don’t understand the products they are selling, and this location has way more wellness plan members than available weekend appointments. You will talk with a different person every single time and they will all swear they have no idea what your talking about and they have no reference of the several very recent conversations you just had with the exact location. I was not happy with the N. Dale Mabry location. The Vet. was particularly nasty and yelled at me from his office because I already had the medication at home and wouldn't purchase another huge bottle for a little bitty dog.

Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. Do not trust these people with your animals. They're a JOKE and a ripoff!!!
