Beyond happy that I decided to try Banfield. Not only did they answer every single question I had, they made my dog feel very comfortable. The prices are reasonable. They even waived the exam fee since it was Lanie's first time! Highly recommend. I know We have finally found an amazing vet!
Decent care and the right price. However, it's as if they operate on a walk in basis. I had an appointment for my dog's booster shot at 6pm. By 7 the assistant came in for 30secs and gave the shot. I was there over an hour. Not happy and this seems to be the norm. Very unprofessional. I understand running behind, but an hour wait after my appointment time is unacceptable. I had plans scheduled that I had to cancel
