Loving staff, amazing service, and the new shift lead/lead tech Tanya is awesome! Not to mention Katie the vet asst is very kind as well.
The vet assistants alone make this place amazing. I have never met a more down to earth, honest, helpful, and compassionate group of people. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my family today. They went above and beyond what was required or expected and made our family as comfortable and cared for as if we were surrounded by friends during the most difficult time.
This place is a joke! Incompetent staff paired with the inability to keep the same veterinarian makes for the WORST customer service and the MOST unprofessional experience you could possibly imagine! The "McDonald's of Veterinary care" STAY AWAY!
$40 for an office visit and they didn't even weigh my dog. Saw the vet less than 5 mins. Extra $20 to look in my dogs ear. Don't know what the $40 was for then, thought it was a checkup but she didn't check anything. Felt like they were trying to sell me stuff instead of caring about my dog.

5 so it shows. Worst place I've ever taken my dogs. This is not the first one I've had problems with Dr Powers. She is by FAR the worst vet in that place, chose Dr Shores. My dog had a reaction after his booster so I was told they will need to give him Benadryl injections before and after his shots. But I could give him pills 1 hr before to save some money. 30 min before my appt which was sch a month ago they call me to tell me they want to hospitalize him for his shots and he wouldn't be getting any shots today.
