My little girl got hurt last night and although I took her to the emergency vet (since it was after Banfield hours), I was still very anxious about her so I called and left a message late last night with Banfield. I get a call first thing in the morning (7:15 am), saying that although they are completely booked today they WILL ensure she is seen and that she is taken care of. Although they have so many pets to care for, I know that they love my dogs (I have three), like there own. I have never known a better vet <3

We take our cats to a Banfield. I get quality care when I need them. They fought with me to keep my cat Dr. Frankefurter alive, and one of them even cried with me when he passed. They still tell me they remember him. I always feel like they care about my pets.
