very unprofessional. did not call to tell me that the drop off time for a spay changed so when i showed up no one was there which cause both me and my husband to be late for work. i never got an email, text or phone call. i always have my phone on me so i would have spoken to someone. if this had been my first issue with them, i would be ok and just would have rescheduled but this is not and since i cannot trust their staff to do their jobs effectively, i cannot trust the doctors either. and instead of just being apologetic ... read more

Horrific experience, after routine vaccinations my dog cannot stand on his hind legs almost a week later. This place will kill and lame a perfectly healthy dog.
