Terrible service. My dog had noticeable swollen lymph nodes and all the report card said was to make sure she gets some exercise, brush her teeth and apply genteal for her eye because her cherry eye looked irritated. I was concerned about some lumps on her body and had to ask to see the vet. She consulted me in a noisy waiting room and just told me that it was just fat. I took my dog to another vet not associated with Banfield, a week later to get her cherry eye looked at because they started to bleed but that vet noticed th... read more

Very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. Straight forward about costs and considerate of financial situations. Best experience I have ever had with a veterinary office.
