My puppy was neutered January 13. Review reflects one staff member who apparently is not satisfied with her job. Don't care for how she treats the customer. No smile and argumentative. She needs more training or place her in a role that does not require interaction with customers. If not, rating will continue to trend down and negatively affect business.
Worst vet I have ever been to. Our dog need vaccines, that turned into an infection and then they made us pay all of this money for something they misdiagnosed. We got a second opinion and it was way cheaper than here. This is the worst vet and I will never return.
In the last 2 years they've gone to crap. Plenty of other good locations to get your loved ones cared for.
This place has gone down hill. Waited more than 30 mins past appointment time to see the dr to only have her come in and squeeze their stomach and say okay good. They came in for their comp appointment but felt like I wasted my time and money every month for their wellness plan.
I love the care we get at Banfield . My dog has been a pt. since the day I found her (2013). We started out at Banfield in Norcross Ga. Dr. Rose was my first experience with a vet and she was the best! When I moved to Wis. I was glad that i could continue my chihuahuas care. The dr.s are not as personable but, The Optimum Wellness Plan is perfect. It allows me to give my dog the care she needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Vet care. Excellent Care. This was my dogs and I first time at Bandfield and the doctor we had was amazing. Dr. Amanda Bonert pretty much let us be in control of our appointment. She answered all of our question and they were very upfront about there cost and plans they offer. I felt happy and confident that my dog was in great care. I give them 5 stars all they way.
