Don’t take your pet’s there that is all
I have been taking my dogs there for several years and all of the sudden I can't get an appointment. I have called for 3 days now and they won't see my dog but won't give me medications for him unless they see him. I pay for the wellness plan + and rarely have any need other than his routine visits, they seem to have time for those but not when you need them for an emergency.
I took my dog here for years. I was always pleased with the service and care. He suddenly and unexpectedly died a few months ago, which was devastating. I called to cancel my wellness plan and was told there is no way to cancel the plan. Now, every month, I get a credit card bill punch to the gut, reminding me of what I have lost. I will not return.
6 a.m. to drop cat off at vet to be fixed.... even confirmed on phone and repeated 6 a.m. because it sounded odd. Well fucking shock i arrive after not falling asleep till 2 a.m. to a unopen Banfield. They have less than 2.5 stars for mine on google for a god damned reason. Save yourself the trouble and do not use them. Further more the first time i took him to have him examined and schedule this originally i said i thought he was sick.
