We can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital on Colerain. Our dog had emergency surgery at Grady veterinary due to a dog bite and they did not treat his wounds properly, resulting in an infection. We took Biscuit to Banfield on Friday and had a surgery scheduled for the following day. The staff is ALWAYS so polite and friendly. I have only had services provided by Dr. Brown and Dr. Wardell, but they are both fantastic and i am sure the other staff there are, too. Everyone there genuinely care... read more
The front desk is amazing, they are always nice and I'm never waiting long. However, the vets there don't seem to care how much they stack your bill. I already have a wellness plan for both my pets through them and they get a little pushy on treatments and one vet was downright rude to me when i asked for alternative methods of treatment that might be less expensive. When i told her i budget and my pets were now more expensive then my kids, she really got an attitude and said "I really doubt that, you just don't realize it" ... read more
This clinic was pushing a tooth extraction to resolve my dogs violrnt snezzing and respiratory problem, after over 700.00 plus the wellness plan fees I still have a sick dog and have to go more in pocket toget my dog sone h3lp. Banfield vets are apparently ripping off pet loving consuners!
The staff is amazing. They treat your pet as if they are the only one they will see that day. They take personal interest in ever case. Dr Suellen Wardell is top notch, my 3 dogs love to see her.
