RecommendedI have quite a few fur babies and Dr. Wardell and the staff here I completely trust. 2 years ago my dog became very ill and we were in and out of there for a month. The staff and Doctor was so patient with me when I called what seems like every hour asking questions. He finally came out of it and made a turn around for the good. I won’t take my pets anywhere else.
It seems everytime I have a emergency or seem one of my pets are sick the Banfield location my wellness plans are through cannot ever seem to get me in. Or they want to schedule me out 4 days. This is terrible turn around for something that is urgent. I doubt I will be renewing wellness plans this upcoming year due to lack of care by the vet staff.
Staff is amazing. Always kind and very helpful. Especially when you have to put one of your fur Babies down. Thank you

they were incredibly caring and sensitive to our situation. Our baby was very comfortable with them.
Do not fall prey to this sham company. They will give your beloved pet sub-par care then try and gouge you with wellness care plans. They are cons that are life time plans that are virtually impossible to cancel and cover little. Go to a reputable vet and save you and your pet a lot of heartache and money

Don’t ever sign up for the wellness plan! My dog Rosie was put to sleep end of December a week prior my bank card was shut down due to fraud . I paid out right to put Rosie to sleep . In the meantime they kept calling me saying I needed to make a payment on a deceased dog . I called the 800 number they gave 2 months credit saying I shouldn’t have had to pay full price to put my dog down . I was told to call with updated bank info by 2/26/18 or I would go to collections . Well today without my consent they took the money out ... read more
