Call it what you must. I'm a harsh critic of any type of care. This location is not as busy as most and are able to provide whatever is necessary type of care. I've tried Metro and was left to fend for my dogs life. Dr. Nefri (sp) is a new doctor but provides thorough explanations and care that's beyond my comprehension of a new doctor. Very good alternative to those who saw Dr Joe Fornera at the Cuyahoga Falls location. Mind you, this is coming from someone who has bad panic attacks.
Made appointment today and got in today.Dr. Answered all my questions and was patient and understanding.

Unfortunately I had to put my old cat down and it was so difficult. I thought it was so thoughtful that I received a sympathy card that the whole staff signed with their condolences! I really appreciate that!!! Thank you!
Vet is great no problems getting in. Took great care of my babe. All 3 of my dogs go here and never had a problem.
This location has an awesome staff! Dr Trigleth and Dr Nafisi are both awesome and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend the wellness plans. It makes the yearly preventive care very affordable.
