The staff is very nice and friendly
north canton banfield likes to give you the run around when you want to get the prescription through someone else. they overcharge for meds and its a lot cheaper through chewy.com banfield got mad and wanted to make money off me so it took 6 calls to get the prescription okayed. staff is rude, they dont care they laugh at you. i will never be back! stop overcharging people for medicine for their pets. you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Had to take McQueen in for the first time to see the vet because is back leg was hurt and they got us in right away and was very nice to us and to McQueen we will be use them again if we need to thank you for helping us
Absolutely ❤ reccomended!! VERY kind staff and doctors!! I've used Banfield since my girl was 5 months old and I wouldn't take her anywhere else!! I also HIGHLY recommend the Optimum Wellness Plan too!! Thanks everyone for the heart and kindness you all put into your jobs and making my Angel healthy and happy!!! ❤

Amazing staff and good pricing! I had an emergency situation with an adoption and they made room For my Abby to be seen. A+++
What a joke. I made my appointment almost 2 weeks in advance to get my dog her vaccination boosters. My appt was at 6 so I wasted a little time between work and her appt, no big deal. Then we get there and are told they’re about an hour behind. Are you kidding? No call, no text, no warning. They overbooked and so I’m supposed to sit there for “about an hour” no way. What a waste of time.
