MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
I've always paid for tests & pills here as I know that is how they make money when we using their monthly plans. However dr Bunkley did not take time to look at the test results & caused my chihuahua to lose her eye. They will not refund any of the $1400. They charged me for her oversight. Norcross. Stay away.
I've always experienced nothing but love and concern at the Peachtree corners location. Dr bunkley and Dr O'Neil are the greatest. Always checking on us after surgeries, listening and not treating us like we're just a payment. I love these guys. Thanks for all you do
I'm so seriously annoyed with this place. How hard is it to give a customer a refund for an overpayment? For this place it's an act of Congress. Seriously thinking about taking our 3 dogs elsewhere �
Banfield pet hospitals are the veterinary services located within PetSmart. Their team of professional veterinarians provide expert care for my dog as well as the infrequent overnight stay at their pet hotel. Great service in the Peachtree Corners community.
Good so far I have nothing bad to say about this location. But Perimeter was good until they stop reminders or just didn't call about due vaccinations !! Norcross is very friendly, staff is very helpful
Don't waste your time or money going to Banfield. The doctors are non existent, they don't call you back and they don't listen to your concerns. They are too busy trying to sell you something or referring you to a specialist. Please!!! I bought the wellness package (which I'm in the process of getting out of) because I don't plan on using this hospital again.
