We have the Wellness Plan and just moved from Pittsburgh, Pa on 11/1/16 & took our dog for a check up plus to get his skin issues checked out. We are very pleased with the way they listened and handled our little Jackhuahua, Max. We adopted him from the Animal Rescue League in Pittsburgh on 2/13/16 and couldn't be happier.
Had a 9am comprehensive exam appt for my dog. At 6:21pm he still had not been serviced. Just given excuses the doctor had several surgeries. Then why take appointments beyond your capacity? Greed or plain stupidity. Unacceptable!!!
