Recommendedactually care more about animals than money
I want to start out by saying we’ve used them for years and have never had issues but in the last year it’s just gone downhill! Today I dropped this sweet baby off for his routine vaccines at 10am....I take him in a cat carrier! They take his cat carrier and place it with him inside into another kennel to where he’s double caged.... they ask when do I need to pick him up I respond with “whenever he’s done call me I will come get him”.... at 12:30 I call to check in bc it shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for three vaccines and they t... read more
Love this Banfield location and all the vets there. (We usually see Dr. Youngblood and sometimes Dr. Sims, but yep, we've seen the other vets too!) Professional, compassionate, and reliable. Big thanks from the Hubbard family for always taking good care of our Maisy.

ALL THINGS CONSIDERED....THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS....MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!
Dr. Sims and Dr. Youngblood are great. Staff is courteous and love our fur babies and know them by name when they appear.
