Dr. Allen and the ladies here helped me so much as a new puppy mama to my miniature dachshunds, Gracie and Winston, she was so kind, loving and educated, I will use her for years to come! Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about the great doctors at Banfield Pet Hospital. Dr. Allen, Dr. Ponce, Dr. Hill have triple teamed our two dogs through all their regular check ups from puppyhood, adulthood and through their collection of senior dog issues (including cancer with both dogs and several close calls due to digestive problems). So grateful for their team's compassionate care. They are simply the best.
Arrived at Banfield at 4:50pm on Sunday (Advertised as open until 5pm) with my what appears to be impacted chihuahua. Symptoms of my dog were presented to tech/office mgr(?) and she said, "let me ask the doc". She came back and said "the vet left early". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Shame on you, Banfield!
unless you wanna become instantly poor after your visit i will never recommend banfield.
Banfield Douglasville is my pups second home. They are the best!!! They keep me on top of everything there's needed for Jada 4 years & Taco 13 years.
Our first visit with our Great Dane puppy Jax was wonderful! We saw Dr. Ponce and she was great! A Dane lover herself, she brought her own Dane into the room to meet Jax. The whole team, from the receptionist to the Vet assistant, made us feel so welcome and were super nice to our pup! Can't wait for our next appointment in 3 weeks!
