Do not take your pets here. Today they STRANGLED a puppy with his leash because they were too lazy to pick up a PUPPY. they wrapped a leash around his neck- he was wearing a HARNESS and they KILLED HIM.
Our cat was severely sick with crystals in his urinary tract. When I got him to the doctor, he was dehydrated, his bladder was twice the size of normal, heart rate was 280 and he was in shock. The staff stayed an hour after closing time to make sure my baby didn't die. I can't say how grateful I am to them.
MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
I found out my cat had worms, so I rushed and got some dewormer. Later, I went in to get a check up on my cat to make sure she was growing well, eating right and the worms were gone. My experience with the staff was amazing. Dr. Hill was so knowledgeable and patient with me with all of my questions, and concerns. The care she had with my cat was amazing. We just moved here and have spent thousands with Petsmart and Banfield for our Great Dane and Goldendoodle. I called today to get in to a vet here and was told to call an emergency vet in Lithia Springs and treated poorly because we never signed up for their “wellness plan”. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I’m glad we never wasted the money on their ridiculous insurance plan.
Dr. Ponce has been wonderful. My Maddux was terrified of going to the vet but now he enjoyed seeing Dr. Ponce. Everyone there is very kind and they all seem to care about me and my dog.
