Love the staff! Love Love Love Dr Mac and Dr Porter. They have both made two of our pups emergencies a priority! Dr Mac even gave us his personal cell to call him while he was on vacation. The girls at the front have been so helpful with our dogs care! Great place! We switched from another banfield and drive 45 minutes to come see them now even after we moved.
I see some bad reviews on here but I have always had quite a warm reception from the staff and the doctors. The technicians are kind and show that they really care about each animal that comes in and the doctors take the time to explain procedures and after care. I like that the billing service off sets a lot of cost associated with procedures and surgeries. Just can't say enough good things about this location!
What an absolute joke this place is. My dog can't even walk and I was told, "we don't have any appointments available, you can drop her off." Yeah I'm gonna drop my dog off with you that can't even walk, so she can sit in a cage all day. Get it together Banfield that's completely unacceptable
Banfield Pet Hospital is special to me because they treat all their furry patients with love and kindness! My Buster loves to go there and is always excited. They even called this morning to check on Buster after his shots yesterday! I also love their wellness plan! Thank you Banfield for taking such good care of my furry baby Buster!
My dog is or I should say was a patient here. He suffered a back injury I called them to be told they didn't have any appointments but could see him Wednesday, this was Saturday. So much for urgent care. Took him to the emergency clinic I believe had I waited he would be paralyzed.
