This is the only PetSmart I’ve ever had issues at. We lived in KS previously and always loved the acre our pets got. Moved to NC in the fall, house had mold (military base, go figure) and our dog broke out in a bright red rash all over his belly. Brought him in and the nurse, front desk person & vet ignored us telling them we had mold and instead suggested it was the region and then proceeded to push Purina dog food on me. We scheduled for my cat to be seen and looked online at pricing etc. We were mislead in the amount of the cost of that visit, but chalked it up to our online looking and not communicating directly with the office themselves. When we went to the initial appointment they took my cat back and provided services after quoting me the amount to be charged. They didn't have one of the vaccines due to an error (the dog vaccine had been placed int he cat bin). I was told then that the next visit would be at no charge due to having to ... read more
Poor Ms boss dog Hank. Was the doctor blindfolded? Was it some kind of joke ? The way they use staples.they should not charge them and rethink there surgery staff for the future. I will never go to a place like that
